Tasracing updated the Conditions of Entry as a condition of licence for season 2015/16, which required the licensed person to be aware of their obligations when entering Tasracing venues.
After receiving feedback, Tasracing made amendments to the Conditions of Entry, and produced an industry fact sheet, in order to address participant concerns.
Tasracing has received further feedback and due to the short timeframe involved with license renewals required by 1 August, Tasracing has suspended the requirement to sign the Conditions of Entry as part of your licence application, pending further industry consultation.
