Today’s announcement that the Tasmanian racing industry will return to racing on 13 June subject to a review and risk-assessment by Public Health provides important clarity for racing industry participants, Tasracing says.
Chief Executive Officer Paul Eriksson said Tasracing, in conjunction with the industry, had prepared a Return to Racing Plan that would now be implemented.
“Now that we have a date, we will be working closely with Public Health and Workplace Standards on the detail of what a return to racing looks like in the state,” he said.
