Clover Hill Cup Marquee Competition Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Tasracing (ABN 62 269 303 946) of 6 Goodwood Road, Glenorchy, TAS 7000.

Information on how to enter, eligibility, and prize details are integral parts of these conditions.

Promotion Period: The competition will take place during the Jack Jumpers event on Friday, 30th August 2024, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Prize:
Win 2 x tickets to the Clover Hill Cup Marquee 2025 at one of the following Tasmanian Cups: Devonport, Launceston, or Hobart.

Entry Details:

  • Entry is via our website by entering your details through the provided QR code during the Promotion Period.
  • Upon entering, each participant will receive a plush toy with a number on it.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The competition winner will be selected randomly and announced at the end of the Jack Jumpers launch party on 30th August 2024.

Prize Collection:

  • Tasracing will be in contact with the winner once tickets go on sale later in the year.

Liability:

  • The Promoter, its contractors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered or sustained, or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the competition and/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Tax Implications:

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Prize Conditions:

  • The prize or any unused portion of the prize cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.

Final Decision:

  • The Promoter’s decision is final concerning all matters relating to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding those decisions.
