THE official barrier draw for the $250,000 Group 3 TAB Hobart Cup will be held at TAB Park Elwick in Hobart on Wednesday morning.
The excitement and tension that surrounds the barrier draw always delivers an electric atmosphere and the draw for the Tasmanian Racing Club’s showcase event will be no different.
The draw is open to the public and will be managed under strict scrutiny by Tasmania’s racing stewards with the draw taking place at 11.30am in the Conquering Room located on the ground floor at the northern end of the main grandstand.
High profile trainers and jockeys are expected to attend and there will be light refreshments served following the official draw.
