The Local Government Division of the Department of Premier and Cabinet has released an Issues Paper seeking comment on three proposals to amend the Dog Control Act 2000.
One of those proposals is to exempt greyhounds that have graduated from the Greyhound Adoption Program from the requirement to wear a muzzle in a public place.
Submissions close on 8 November 2013.
