Tasracing in conjunction with the Harness Industry Forum is pleased to announce that from 1 October 2023 the Code Funding Allocation for 2023/24 will be implemented resulting in the following for the industry.
- Additional Meetings – There will be 3 additional meetings run during FY24. This is due to the fall of weekends and the avoidance of consecutive single meeting weekends. Total race meeting numbers will be 93 for the financial year.
- Introduction of the Dynamo sprint series race meeting.
Base stakes will remain at present levels, representing a forecast increase across combined Codes of 21.6% (12.1% above CPI) FY22 – FY24.
