As previously advised, an appeal was lodged against the Latrobe Council permit being granted for the proposed new harness and greyhound tracks on the north west coast.
The appeal was lodged by a Latrobe resident.
The matter was listed in the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal yesterday (13 November 2023) when a preliminary hearing occurred between Tasracing and the resident.
A directions hearing has now been set for 4 December 2023, and a hearing date has been set for 12-13 March 2024.
