Participants please be aware that Tasracing in consultation with GRG have put a recommendation of Code Funding to the Tasracing Board for approval. The Board are due to meet on 28 September. Part of the recommendation for Stakes is an increase to the Tasbred Bonus races. In consultation with PSC these events have been programmed.
As the first one of these races will be Heats on 4 October and Final on 11 October, approval for this race has been granted. The current Tasbred 278m Gr6 event will be replaced with a 515m Mixed 4/5 series with 2 Heats and Final. This event will be called the Damek Tasbred with $7,500 in prizemoney and a Breeders Bonus of $3,500.
