You will also learn how to receive, process and store workplace information, and maintain information systems. This course also includes using digital technology to communicate remotely, such as email and instant messaging.

Through this course, you will recognise the importance of workplace health and safety, and learn ways to look after your own wellbeing. You will also learn about things you can do to be environmentally sustainable in the workplace.
