South Australian ADC representative Danielle Hill

Thursday 19 October 2017

The rise of Dani Hill as a leading driver in South Australia is the result of dedication and courage that she took to a new level.

Hill suffered horrendous injuries as a result of a race fall in 2010 and many, including the talented driver, thought her career was over.

But she fought back and two seasons back she emerged to win the 2015-16 SQA driver’s premiership with a massive 209 wins and she also made an impact on the trainer’s premiership bringing home 33 winners.

Her efforts earned her the inaugural Jim Hurley Medal that was introduced to recognize a trainer and/or driver who has performed at a consistently high level throughout the season.

Hill’s skills will definitely be noticed at the Australian Drivers Championship in Hobart as she is a fierce competitor.
