Trainers are reminded that the option to nominate “No Higher” for any race except for a Maiden race is not permitted.
As advised in the Programming Update notice of 19 January 2018, the matter will again be reviewed at the March meeting of the Programming Sub Committee with a view of a final determination being made at that time.
Nominations lodged with “No Higher” will be taken for the grade nominated for with the “No Higher” request being ignored.
