We write to advise that the main contractor for the Brooker Highway Project will be making substantial changes to the traffic flow on the Goodwood Road, adjacent to Elwick Racetrack.
We advise that you should expect traffic delays this weekend and should allow extra time on Sunday 4th September if you are attending the race meeting.
