The Ultimate Hobart Cup Day Experience Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Tasracing (ABN 62 269 303 946) of 6 Goodwood Road, Glenorchy, TAS 7000.

Information on how to enter, eligibility, and prize details are integral parts of the conditions.

The competition opens at 2:00pm on 25 November 2024 and closes at 10am on Monday, 5 February 2024 (“Promotion Period”) with a total of 1 individual winner being drawn after the Promotional Period.

Eligibility for inclusion in this competition is open to:

• • Individuals who have purchased tickets to the Clover Hill Cup Marquee at the Hobart Cup within the specified time period.
  • Those who have liked Tasracing on Instagram/Facebook.
  • Participants who have tagged a friend on our competition post.

All eligible entrants will automatically enter the draw.

The prize comprises 2 nights’ accommodation in a Suite at Crown Plaza, a $100 voucher for Food & Beverage at Crown, and a bottle of Clover Hill Sparkling.

The competition winner will be drawn on 5 February 2023, selected randomly.

The prize winner will be notified by private message on Facebook or Instagram

Details regarding the collection of the prize will be provided at the time the prize winner is notified.

Should the prize winner accept the prize, they must, at the promoter’s request, consent to the promoter using their name for promotional purposes as the winner.

In the event of the prize being refused, not accepted, or not claimed by 7 February 2024, another winner will be drawn.

The Promoter, its contractors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered or sustained, or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the competition and/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

The prize or any unused portion of the prize cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.

The Promoter’s decision is final concerning all matters relating to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding those decisions.
