Thursday 22 August 2013

10.13 At the close of acceptances if the highest weighted horse at acceptance time has less than 58kg, excluding Group and Listed races, its weight shall be raised to 58kg and horses weighted above the minimum will have their weight increased by the same amount. Where a horse is weighted on the declared minimum weight and would otherwise be allotted a lesser weight in the absence of the required minimum that horse will remain on the minimum weight 54kg.
