Racing Services Tasmania stewards advise that tonight’s Launceston harness meeting has been postponed due to the state of the track.
It has been re-scheduled to Tuesday afternoon.
The first race will be 12.15pm and race 11 will be 5.42pm.
The first three races will be broadcast on Sky 1 and the last 8 races will be shown on Sky 2.
Participants impacted by the postponement of Sunday’s meeting will be provided the following subsidies.
- Horses stabled within the same region as the scheduled meeting $100
- Horses stabled within an adjoining region $150.
- Horses stabled within the furthest region $250.
Subsidies will be automatically forwarded to owners later this week.
The track was inspected by RST Stewards Monday afternoon and had been cleared for tomorrows meeting.
