Tasmanian Racing C-19 Welfare Application UPDATE Form

This form should be used when a new animal has come into your care and is in work, or if an animal has relocated to another trainer. Please note that a stable return or equivalent is still required to be lodged. You will be required to complete the online form on this page, and in submitting this form agree to the Terms and Conditions and to the Declaration statement.

UPDATE:

1. There is to be a formal extension of the support package
2. A thoroughbred rate increase from $38 to $45 per day
3. Change in greyhound criteria to incorporate licensed participant
