Tasracing event refund policy

If an event is cancelled by the event operator (Tasracing or a Tasmanian racing club) and we are unable to stage the event due to adverse weather conditions, customers will be offered a refund or transfer to the equivalent event.

If the ticket holder/s wishes to cancel their ticket/s, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of racing being abandoned after the first race has been completed there will be no refunds.

In the event of racing being abandoned by the event operator before the first race time, you will be entitled to a refund of your ticket price, excluding the handling fee. Ticket holder/s will be communicated to via email.

Refunds cannot be made on event days. All refunds will be processed within 28 days of the Event.

For all abandonments, refunds must be claimed within 28 days of the race meeting. For all other refunds it is at the discretion of the event operator.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel any ancillary event entertainment without notice. In the event of ancillary event entertainment changing, customers will not be entitled to a refund.

Tasracing will consider refunds for extenuating circumstances, on a case by case basis. Please contact marketing@tasracing.com.au if you would like to request a refund on these grounds.
